Everything else just kinda glued itself to me brain on its own.-To clarify for anyone who may be skeptical/on the fence about my alterhumanity, which I get, it definitely isn’t somethin easy to wrap your head around, I’ll explain how it I had it attributed through therapy.After having gone through the stuff I have, I developed this chronic disconnection to humanity that slowly blossomed as part of my identity; in-part my crippling misanthropy, and in-part this.My brain processes my detachment to humanity— likely caused by an “I don’t want to be them, I can’t be THEM mentality”— via associating myself as something that brings me comfort, rather than as a human. In this case, that would be Heart.I’ve been told by mental health professionals that this is a healthy way to cope with this detachment, and there’s really nothing wrong with me exploring this aspect of my identity so long as I maintain a healthy blur between fiction and reality (something I admittedly struggle with, as many do). In-short, my alterhumanity is a way to process my detachment from humanity, due to trauma caused by humanity, and I’ve been told that it’s healthy and a good thing to explore.While I much prefer to identify more spiritually, this is, what I accept as, the scientific explanation for my brain functioning this way.-Seriously, I am not into Pressure.
